In transifex.org we’ve enabled XMLRPC support, and together with the Eclipse Trac plugin, one can edit, preview and save pages from inside Eclipse. Pretty handy. With XMLRPC enabled, writing a client should be trivial too (CLI or plugin in eg. gedit).
