		<description>Another angle is to approach work from the perspective of making sure you aren&#039;t subjecting people to &quot;Miserable Jobs&quot;.   I am not convinced that it is the manager&#039;s job to motivate a person to complete a particular task, but it is a complex issue.  I do think managers can provide an environment where it is easier for people to feel motivated and own this for themselves.
