In reply to James Morris. Yes, that's a good one. Somehow I did miss pointing that carrying a backup on a removable media is handy. I was a bit fed up with people reading off the slides with nothing to add. If that is the case, then they might just put the deck up on screen and keep hitting PageDown.

It’s a good idea to carry a printed copy of your slides in case technology fails completely & you can then have something to refer to. I always have a copy on a memory stick, at least.
