Also the stock of books in the library is one of the parameters used to award <a href="http://naacindia.org/" rel="nofollow">NAAC - National Assessment and Accreditation Council</a> ratings, they count number of books and not the quality of books. :) Well, its becoz of certain reasons, one college library books are ordered by teachers and the run on mill titles are push by book book sellers who says X college and Y college ordered these ones .
